Pricing

Two fees. Both of them are on this page.

You will not be asked to fill in a form to find out what this costs. You pay when you submit the case, and we refund you in full if the records cannot support a useful review.

Standard review

£300

One specialist. Fixed fee, inclusive.

A single senior consultant in the relevant specialty reads the case and writes the report. This covers most cases.

  • Written report answering up to five questions
  • Plain-English summary at the front
  • Reviewing specialist named, with registration number
  • One round of written clarification, at no extra cost
  • Returned by email in five to seven working days
Complex review

£500

Two or more specialists. Fixed fee, inclusive.

For cases that genuinely cross specialties and need more than one consultant to read the file and agree a single written view.

  • Everything in the standard review
  • Two or more consultants, each named and each signing
  • A combined view, with any disagreement between them stated
  • One round of written clarification, at no extra cost
  • Returned by email in five to seven working days

Most cases are covered by the standard fee, and that is what you pay at submission. If a case genuinely needs a second specialist, we contact you before anything goes further — you can approve the difference or take a full refund. We never add a charge without asking you first.

Included

What the fee covers.

  • The specialist's reading time

The consultant reads the entire file you submitted, not a summary prepared by someone else.

  • The written report

Including the plain-English summary and the numbered answers to your questions.

  • One round of clarification

If the report leaves something genuinely unclear, you can come back once in writing and the specialist will clarify at no extra cost.

Not included

What it does not cover.

  • Anything happening to you in person

No examination, no investigations, no prescriptions, no referrals in your own health system.

  • Onward hospital admission in India

If you decide you want to pursue admission at an Indian hospital, we coordinate that pathway and quote for it separately. It is never bundled into the review fee, and a review never obliges you to take it further.

  • Obtaining your records for you

You request your records from the people who hold them. We will tell you exactly what to ask for.

  • Translation of source records

Where records are not in English, translation is quoted separately at cost before any work starts.

Payment

How and when you pay.

At submission

You pay the fixed fee when you submit the case. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on this site.

If we cannot help

If the records you hold cannot support a useful review, or we cannot match your case to a specialist, we tell you and refund the fee in full. No specialist is engaged before that check is done.

If we miss the turnaround

If a report is not with you within seven working days of the file being complete and confirmed, and the delay is ours, the fee is refunded in full and you still receive the report.

Fees are stated in GBP and are inclusive of [[TAX_STATUS]]. Payment is taken by [[PAYMENT_METHODS]]. Our full terms are at [[TERMS_LINK]].

Submit your case.
